I was ambivalent about mattress shopping, but wow, I was really impressed with Mattress Direct. Even though they were very busy, everyone, Daniel especially, went out of their way to help us make a good, informed decision. We ended up making a great choice, and then received a great value. The first night I slept on my new Rhapsody with the Ergo Adjustable Base was fantastic. It was a Monday night after staying up to watch the football game. I got to bed about 12:30 AM and did not wake up until 11:15 AM when my phone rang. I raised the head of the bed just a little and it felt perfect. I have always used a neck pillow so it had to be the mattress and the adjustable bast that made the difference. I would recommend this bed to everyone. I want to also thank my friend for recommending it to me.

I bought a mattress set last week at your Mattress Direct location on Kingston Pike. I happened to have the EXTREME good fortune of being helped in the process by your employee, Dusty H. What an exceptional customer service representative your company has in him. He was extraordinarily capable of answering any question we had and was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. It’s refreshing to have that happen and to not feel like we’re being taken for a commission at a store like that. Dusty did everything in his power to make sure we knew what we were getting ourselves in to and what each mattress provided. You have a valuable employee in Dusty H. and I would come back to that store (but not for 20 years since the mattress is so good) just to be assisted by him again. If anyone asks me where to go and who to deal with for a mattress in the future, you can bet I will use his name and Mattress Direct in the same sentence. Thank you for hiring such a competent and customer friendly person.

I have the Sealy Embody Introspection and LOVE IT! I have serious back issues from a car accident and find this bed to be the most comfortable. I tried out several including Tempurpedic by lying on them for extended periods in the showroom and kept coming back to the Embody. I had to be sure before I purchased and I am very pleased with my choice. I bought it at Mattress Direct on Kingston Pike and they were wonderful. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for bedding. Thank You for all your help.
